Applications and contact

When you apply for the contest or contact us, we store your details (e.g. name, contact details, date of birth, song, photo) solely to organise the event. Your data is never sold and only shared with people involved in the organisation (e.g. the jury). We delete application data that is no longer needed after the contest.

Photos and videos

Photos and videos are taken at the event and published on this website and on social media. If you would like a picture removed, please contact us.

Server logs and cookies

Our host stores technical access data (e.g. IP address, time, browser). This website only uses a technically necessary cookie for forms and the editor login – no tracking, no ads.

Fonts and videos

We use Google Fonts; your IP address is transmitted to Google. YouTube videos are only loaded after you click them (privacy-enhanced mode).
